Online Delivery The Basic Emergency Management Course can now be completed online in addition to direct delivery. Grant-funded Training Grants are available to enable municipalities to contract the services of trainers approved by AEMA.	Canadian Emergency Management College The Canadian Emergency Management College is a federal government learning institution providing programs and resources to the emergency management community across Canada. The College is an integral part of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada and supports its responsibility to enhance learning in all four pillars of emergency management.
