The Office of the Fire Commissioner is administering both the Fire Services and Emergency Preparedness Program and the Search and Rescue grants effective in Fiscal Year 2012/2013. Reporting Documents (formerly Acknowledgement of Compliance)

Municipalities or Ground Search and Rescue groups that have received grants must submit to the Minister of Municipal Affairs the Reporting Documents (formerly titled Acknowledgement of Compliance) as required by the Conditional Grant Agreement.  For training grants up to and including Fiscal Year 2011/2012 please send the Reporting Documents for processing to:
